April 15, 2024

Sponsored Projects Administration and Ball State invite you join us for the 29th Annual Student Symposium! Ball State faculty, staff, students, and the public at large are invited to attend the Ball State Student Symposium on Tuesday, April 16 from 1-4 pm at the Worthen Arena Concourse, Gate 3.

For more than twenty-nine years the Student Symposium at Ball State University has provided students with the opportunity to present their creative and scholarly projects while competing for cash prizes and gaining valuable insight from faculty and staff judges from across the University. The Symposium encourages interdisciplinary discourse, allowing students to learn from each other about engaging topics. This event also provides an opportunity for student participants to discuss their work with a broad audience and is open to any student from Ball State University (undergraduate and graduate), Burris Laboratory School, and the Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Humanities. For more information on this event, visit the Student Symposium website

The Symposium will be one of many events taking place April 15-19, 2024, Ball State’s inaugural CHIRPS Week: Celebrating Research, Creativity, and High Impact Practices. CHIRPS Week is designed to showcase the extraordinary talents of students and inspire interdisciplinary collaboration. Events will also include the Teacher-Scholar Celebration, Honors Undergraduate Fellows presentations and the Immersive Learning Showcase, among other diverse opportunities throughout the week.
