This name change will not impact the services and benefits you currently have access to. You can continue to use all the features, tools, and services that have been provided through LifeWorks. The new name of TELUS Health One represents their commitment to connecting mental, physical and financial wellbeing services, so you can more easily access a broad range of support in your wellbeing journey.
In the coming weeks, you will begin to see the TELUS Health brand and TELUS Health One name on the website and in the app, in communications and when using the services.
