Microsoft Office 365 provides instructors convenient tools in Canvas for creating assignments, encouraging collaboration, and sharing course documentation. In this workshop, we will cover how instructors and students can integrate Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive into their Canvas experience. We will focus on sharing documents through modules and the rich content editor, creating a cloud assignment, and generating collaborative spaces. Participants will have access to a Canvas resource guide for future reference.

Objectives: Participants will

  • Learn how to log into their Microsoft OneDrive
  • Organize and add folders and files to OneDrive
  • Add files to Canvas from Microsoft One Drive
  • Create a Cloud Assignment Using a OneDrive file as a template
  • Create a student collaboration using Microsoft Office 365

This session will be recorded and made available in the Continuity of Instruction Community in Canvas.
