Journeys bring together timely content and activities in one place, helping you learn more about the university, connect with available resources, and make the most of your employee experience.
New employees participate in Cardinals Take Flight, a year-long onboarding journey that provides information and resources at important milestones throughout their first year. Other Workday Journeys may be assigned at different points in your Ball State experience to help you navigate transitions and stay connected to helpful resources.

Workday, select
Personal from the left menu, and then choose
Journeys. Take a few minutes to explore journeys that are available to you.
