10 Things to Know Before Winter Break

1. University is closed 12/23/25 @ 3 p.m. through 1/1/26.
2. Fall 2025 grades will be viewable through SSB on 12/18/25.
3. Review your unofficial transcript in SSB before ordering an official transcript to make sure all information has been posted.
4. Transcripts may still be ordered through Parchment here.
5. For billing information or Financial Aid questions, please email cardinalcentral@bsu.edu.
6. If you are planning to graduate, check Stellic to verify your degree status.
7. Enrollment verifications will be available using SSB on 12/10/25 as long as you registered before 12/10/25. If you register on or after 12/10/25, you will be able to obtain an enrolment verification starting 1/5/26.
8. Check your Ball State email account because important notifications regarding academic standing (Warning/Separation) will be sent there. You will find more information about the appeal process here.
9. You can manage your Proxy Information in SSB using MyBallState.
