Did you know that spending time in nature can help lower your blood pressure, slow your heart rate, and lift your mood? According to British psychiatrist Sue Stuart-Smith, a quick trip outside during your lunch break can have a significant impact on your wellbeing. If you can’t find the time to get outside, bringing more green indoors is a great alternative. Simply using more of the color green can decrease anxiety.
