This week we challenge you to get active! As the weather starts to warm up, it’s the perfect time to get outside and get moving. The physical activity guidelines for America suggests that adults should get at least 150 minutes of exercise a week. Sometimes making time for exercise can be the biggest barrier. Here are a few tips to make some time for exercise.

  • Try going for a walk on your lunch break this week.
  • Attend a Rec Fit class as they just started back up for the spring! 
  • Go for a bike ride on the Cardinal Greenway in Muncie!
