The Office of Community Engagement, in partnership with the President's Office and Marketing and Communications, is putting together a fun, free community event for June 7th from 5:00 – 8:00 pm called We Fly Fest.
President Mearns suggested the fest as a way to bring back events like the Community Campus Experience (pre-pandemic). We know it will not be successful without your participation.
We Fly Fest will begin at the Brown Family Amphitheater at 5 p.m. with information tables, games, food trucks, a DJ, and more. Visitors will then be invited to explore campus through self-guided tours and/or a Student Experience bus tour, returning to the amphitheater at 7 p.m. for a Ball State Studio Band concert.
Here’s where YOU come in. We will need folks strategically placed all over campus to help visitors (many will be first-time visitors) as a wayfinder, tour guide, or all-around helper.
