Three opportunities for flu shots are coming up next week:

First, the Health Center will host an employee drive-thru flu vaccine clinic on Tuesday, October 13 from 2:30–5:30 p.m., in the C1 Parking Lot near the tennis courts.

Enter from McKinley Avenue and exit onto Bethel Avenue. Only employees, spouses, and dependents with Ball State insurance as their primary carrier are eligible for this service. Bring a photo ID and insurance card. This is a drive-thru only service. All individuals must be in a vehicle and remain in the vehicle at all times.

If possible, please wear a short-sleeve shirt or a shirt that can be easily rolled up above the shoulder to expedite the vaccination process.

Also,

Ball State and Indiana Immunization Coalition, Inc. have partnered to host two flu vaccine clinics open to all students, employees, spouses, and dependents.

When

  • Thursday, October 15 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday, October 16 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Location

Worthen Arena. Please do not cut through the Jo Ann Gora Student Wellness and Recreation Center to reach the vaccination clinics. Instead, go directly to Worthen Arena Gate 1 next to the Athletic Ticket Office by walking around the outside of the building.

What to Bring

Bring your driver’s license and health insurance card or a photo of your health insurance card (if you have one). Individuals without a driver’s license and/or insurance card must fill out a registration form at the event. There is no cost for individuals without insurance.
