At 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 13, artist Diane Burko (featured in the current exhibition Regionalism, Surrealism, and Climate Change: Recent Loans and Acquisitions at the David Owsley Museum of Art) will give a public talk on art and climate change in the Recital Hall of the Fine Arts Building. The museum will be open to the public with extended hours (4:30-6:00 p.m.) prior to the talk for visitors who wish to come early to view the show. The exhibition and event are both made possible by Ball State's Arts Alive Series, presented by the College of Fine Arts.

On Saturday, October 15, join student teachers from the Ball State Art Education program for an afternoon of activities, games, and tours in the DOMA galleries. This fun opportunity for families and kids of all ages is open to the public and free with registration by October 10th.

DOMA is currently accepting applications (through October 31) for Spring 2023. Ball State students interested in an internship at DOMA must first visit the Cardinal Career Link and obtain a Student Employment Referral for posting #10627. The Career Center will then provide additional application instructions for submitting materials (including a cover letter, resume, and transcript). Visit this page to learn more about internships at DOMA.

The Fall 2022 issue of ARTwords is now available! Stop by the museum to pick up a copy and learn about this semester's exhibition, programs, and more - or visit this page to download a copy.

Please note: the museum will be closed to the public from Saturday, October 8 through Tuesday, October 11 for Fall Break. DOMA's administrative office will remain staffed and available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.
