University Libraries Delays July 6th Reopening

June 28, 2020

The University Libraries had planned to reopen to Ball State University researchers by appointment on July 6.We must delay that reopening because of the long wait for acrylic barriers, which we will install in high-traffic service areas as part of The University Libraries COVID-19 Operations Plan. We will communicate a revised reopening date as information becomes available.

In the interim, the University Libraries continues to offer a wide variety of remote/virtual and curbside checkout services during regular operating hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.). Not sure where to get started? Contact the University Libraries at 765-285-5143 or MAINCIRC@bsu.edu, and we’ll get you in touch with an expert to assist you. You can also browse the Libraries’ Staff Directory for direct contacts.

We’re always available online with 24/7/365 access to millions of electronic articles, e-books, and streaming video through the Libraries’ databases page and over 250,000 digital archival materials through the Digital Media Repository.

You are invited to stay connected with us through Libraries’ website or follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
