University Dining takes great pride in incorporating herbs grown in the Teaching and Research Greenhouse at Christy Woods into recipes for North Dining and Woodworth. These herbs such as vibrant cilantro, fragrant parsley, zesty chives, aromatic rosemary, and many others, are specially grown for our culinary creations. This also means they don't need to be transported from another location, which helps reduce transportation emissions and lowers costs for students.
