In this 30-minute workshop, we’ll briefly discuss a model for understanding miscommunication in intercultural contexts. Then, we’ll discuss some scenarios to try and better understand how cultural differences can lead to moments of misunderstanding. We’ll also discuss strategies for working through miscommunication.

Please note for the virtual session: This session could involve discussions that lead to personal reflections and conversation. If you work in a shared space, you may want to find a private location to join the Zoom call.
