TUITION REMISSION Requests for SPRING Semester

Ball State supports employee professional development with a generous tuition remission benefit for eligible employees, their spouses, and their dependent children.
As of January 1, 2025, there is no longer a waiting period for staff/faculty/professional employees who would like to use the spouse/dependent benefit for Spring semester and any thereafter.
Deadline to submit for the upcoming SPRING semester is Monday January 6 at 5:00pm.
Online application forms, available through the ServiceNow system, make it easy to apply for this benefit. Applications must be submitted for each semester this benefit is desired.
