Ball State encourages higher education learning with a generous tuition remission benefit for full-time employees, their spouses, and their dependent children. This employee benefit is effective on date of hire.
Deadline to submit applications for the upcoming FALL semester is Monday August 24, 2026 at 5:00pm
Online application forms, available through the ServiceNow system, make it easy to apply for this benefit. Applications must be submitted for each semester this benefit to be used.
