TUITION REMISSION Requests for SPRING Semester Due Monday, January 5, 2026
Ball State supports employee professional development with a generous tuition remission benefit for full-time employees, their spouses, and their dependent children. This employee benefit is effective on date of hire.
Deadline to submit applications for the upcoming SPRING semester is Monday January 5, 2026, at 5:00pm.
Online application forms, available through the ServiceNow system, make it easy to apply for this benefit. Applications must be submitted for each semester this benefit is desired. Eligibility guidelines, links to ServiceNow forms, and instructions are on our website.
