Stress Relief and Education
Need some quick tips on stress management and relief? Join the students from the Counseling Practicum Clinic for some fun
stress relief activities.
• Ear, Nose, and Throat, Oh My!
Want to see a human larynx in action or maybe see what resides in your ears? Stop by and see the students from the speech
pathology and audiology clinics for a quick swallowing demonstration or a video tour of your ears.
• Test your balance
Do you float like a butterfly and sting like a bee? Bring a couple friends and join our student clinicians as they place you in an
immersive virtual reality platform to test your balance compared to same aged peers!
• How much do you know about your health?
Join our student clinicians from the Healthy Lifestyle Center for a blood pressure check, health trivia
activities, healthy lifestyle goal setting consultations, proper warm-up and cool down stretching
demonstrations, and more!
• Fake Blood Draw
With the use of mannequin arms, learn how to draw (fake) blood
• Grip Test
Test your strength and learn how your grip can predict your future health.
