Time for You

Time for You. – a 4-week self-guided resiliency program provides several different options for activities to complete each week to focus on positive self-care, managing daily stressors, and building healthy coping skills. Participants will receive a PDF version of a resiliency skills training workbook and weekly emails during their 4-week program. You may sign up anytime through Working Well. Ball State students can participate in this same program by signing up for the Counseling Center’s Self-Care Challenge.
