The last session in the series will focus on understanding and developing a growth mindset by discussing practical strategies for embracing challenges, learning from setbacks, and turning failures into opportunities.
These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling. Lunch and Learns are held on Mondays at 12:00 pm via Zoom. We hope you will join us for conversations focused on self-care and connection.
