The Counseling Center Is Here For You

June 02, 2020
Life is uncertain right now. Concerns about managing your safety and the safety of those you love during the COVID-19 pandemic can cause stress, anxiety or other mental health concerns. Prejudice, discrimination and systemic racism have a negative impact on mental health and well-being. Violence and curfews connected to civil unrest can leave you feeling unsettled and concerned for your safety. The Counseling Center is here if you need to talk.

We are open 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday throughout the summer. If you are located in Indiana, you can receive telehealth services if you took classes in spring 2020 and plan to take classes in fall 2020 or if you are taking summer classes. Call us at 765-285-1736 to set up an appointment and learn more. The Counseling Center also offers a variety of supports for all Ball State students on our website no matter where you live (https://www.bsu.edu/counselingcenter).
