As we move to online classes and remote teaching, Information Technology can provide you with several technical support options for Canvas here at Ball State.

First, we’ve created a web page, Keep Teaching and Working, that has collected much of the technical information and resources you need. This page will continue to be updated as new information and resources become available.

Second, our friendly and resourceful Technology HelpDesk personnel can assist you with other issues that arise. As always, you can contact them by submitting a request at https://www.bsu.edu/helpdesk, or by calling them at 765-285-1517 during their normal business hours.

Finally, our contract with Instructure, the makers of Canvas, provides all faculty with 24/7 Canvas support. Faculty can contact them 24 hours a day at 1-833-737-0515. You can also chat with Canvas Support online.
