Thoughtful Thursday – a Mindful Meditation Session over Zoom will be offered Thursdays at 12:30 p.m. Join us for a short (15-20 minute) guided mindful meditation. Video and Audio are not needed. Register by emailing workingwell@bsu.edu and the Zoom link will be sent to you.

Thoughtful Thursdays – a Mindful Meditation Session is being offered through the BSU Mindful Meditation Partnership and will be led by Kiersten Patterson and Kiersten Thomas, graduate students in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling.


Self-care for your Mind – An Online Lunch and Learn Series. These Lunch and Learns will focus on different topics to help you take an active role in protecting your wellbeing. Self-care for your Mind series will be offered weekly on alternating Mondays and Tuesdays from 12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m. Join us for a session or the series.

  • November 16 – Strong Bonds: Forming & Maintaining Healthy Relationships
  • November 24 – Understanding & Coping with Stress & Anxiety
  • November 30 – Blue Skies Above Storms: Maintaining Mental Health

Working Well is excited to bring this series to Ball State faculty and staff through a collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling.
