Register Here for Mindful Meditation sessions on Thursdays during Spring 2024. Hosted by Engagement, Wellbeing, and Culture (Working Well) in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic. Every Thursday from 12:00pm - 12:30pm, we will gather together for a guided mindfulness meditation. No experience necessary!

You will be guided through a mindful meditation by our facilitator(s) from the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic. After you register, you will receive an email confirmation with Outlook calendar invites for all sessions you requested.
