Ball State University will observe Summer hours from May 4 until August 14. Summer hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a half-hour for lunch, and they apply to all administrative offices, including those whose employees are working remotely. Staff employees are permitted a paid grace period preceding and following the lunch period not to exceed a combined total of five (5) minutes.
