NEW for Summer 2027: Summer-in!
We're especially excited to introduce three NEW Summer-in programs! These programs offer students from a wide variety of majors the opportunity to spend part of their summer abroad while choosing from a menu of Ball State courses, including options that fulfill Cardinal Core requirements.
Summer-in-Tokyo: Choose from courses in anime, game design, entertainment media, research writing, or counseling psychology.
Summer-in-Dublin: Explore courses in lifespan development, media and society, history, personality, sociology of happiness, or digital sports media.
Summer-in-Panama: Choose from courses in pop culture and global perspectives, geography, personal development, or population health.
You don't have to major in one of these subjects to participate! Summer-in programs are designed to give students more flexibility in finding a study abroad experience that fits their academic plans.
Ready to get started?
Most summer study abroad applications are accepted through February 1, although some programs may have earlier deadlines or fill before then. We encourage you to explore your options and start planning NOW!
