The Division of Online & Strategic Learning is seeking suggestions for Faculty Learning Community (FLC) topics for AY 2023-24.
A Faculty Learning Community (FLC) is a peer-led group of 10-12 faculty and staff whose purpose is to investigate and explore solutions to an issue encountered in higher education.
Recent FLC topics have included
- Equitable Grading Practices in Higher Education
- Antiracism & Intersectionality
- Remote Synchronous Learning
- Adult Learners
- Community Engagement
