The Counseling Center has released its first issue of the AY 2023-2024 online newsletter, Psych Talk, which can be found at here. This month, Psych Talk focuses on informing the campus community of the resources that the Counseling Center has to offer. A new issue of Psych Talk will be issued each month throughout the academic year and focuses on a different mental health related topic each month. In addition, this newsletter provides mental health facts, self-care strategies, and information about upcoming Counseling Center events.
