Project Overview:
- Project Title: Huron Manistee National Forest – Archival Digitization Project
- Project Description: The Huron-Manistee National Forest (HMNF), in collaboration with the Applied Anthropology Laboratories (AAL) at Ball State University, aims to improve the management of heritage program archival data. The project seeks to bring these materials up to current management and curation standards in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and program directives. This project focuses on digitizing paper records and collecting metadata to ensure long-term preservation, enhanced accessibility, and improved management of these valuable resources. This opportunity is available to both undergraduate and graduate students.
