Join the Self Care for You fall series and discover practical tools to strengthen your wellbeing!
This next session in the series will focus on how to support the mental health and wellbeing of the people in our lives. Explore ways to listen and respond with care, recognize when someone may need additional support, and establish healthy boundaries that allow us to care for others without neglecting our own wellbeing.
These sessions are designed to help you recharge and strengthen your wellbeing. You can see the full list on the Working Well calendar and register for all sessions in Workday Learning. Here’s a look at what’s ahead: - Oct 28 – Understanding Burnout: The Role of Self-Compassion
- Nov 4 – Building Resilience: Navigating Life’s Challenges
- Nov 11 – Navigating Conflict: Skills for Difficult Conversations
- Nov 18 – The Practice of Gratitude: Noticing the Good
These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling. Lunch and Learns are held on Wednesdays at 12:00 pm via Zoom. We hope you will join us for conversations focused on self-care and connection.
