Commencement is one of the largest events on campus each year, and it’s also the culmination of what our students have been working so hard towards during their time at our University. We are excited to celebrate this momentous occasion with our graduates and their families on Saturday, May 2. To ensure that we provide a memorable experience for them, we are in need of many campus ambassadors to assist with the ceremonies.
Ambassador opportunities are available during multiple shifts:
- Saturday, May 2, 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Saturday, May 2, 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Saturday, May 2, 2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, May 2, 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Ambassador opportunities include:
- Directing the graduates and guests
- Serving as a point of contact for questions
- Restocking programs
- Placing graduate supplies on chairs before each ceremony
- Assisting with logistics during the ceremonies
