Join on Thursdays at 12 pm to learn about the power of gratitude, optimism, navigating self-doubt and more!!

Sessions are offered by Engagement, Wellbeing and Culture (Working Well) in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling.

  • March 26th - Caregiving and Managing Our Roles
    This presentation will explore the stressors that caregivers may face and provide skills for managing this role.
  • April 2nd - Experiencing Grief and Loss
    This presentation will discuss different ways individuals can experience grief, stages of grief, and ways to cope with grief.
  • April 9th - Navigating Conflict
    This presentation will discuss ways to navigate conflict, including specific skills.
  • April 16th - Strategies for Finding Work Life Balance
    This presentation will explore work/life balance and provide participants with various strategies for establishing this balance.
  • April 23rd - How To Maintain a Growth Mindset.
    This presentation will define growth mindset, discuss the benefits of having a growth mindset, and explore ways to develop a growth mindset.
