Spring 2025: A Fitness Opportunity for Ball State Employees

November 04, 2025

Eat, Sleep, Move, Fly Well! Train with a Student Personal Trainer This Spring.

Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture is once again partnering with Dr. Sarah Shore-Beck and the School of Kinesiology to offer a unique opportunity for Ball State employees to focus on their fitness and wellbeing this spring.

Through the Make a Move program, participating employees are paired with a student personal trainer who designs an individualized exercise plan tailored to their goals and needs. Together, you’ll meet twice each week to implement your program and track your progress.

Limited spots are available, and participation requires registration, physician clearance, and completion of all necessary forms — so register early to secure your spot!
