Have you heard about the Muncie Public Library's BIG READ? This national initiative through the National Endowment for the Arts encourages communities to come together through the shared experience of reading and discussing a great book.
This Saturday, April 11, join Gallery Guide Dom Caristi at the David Owsley Museum of Art for a special tour inspired by this year's Big Read book, "Bite by Bite: Nourishments & Jamborees" by Aimee Nezhukumatathil.
This tour is free and open to the public with no registration required - simply meet in DOMA's Sculpture Court at 2:30 p.m. to enjoy a discussion of food, family, and tradition as expressed through works of art in the galleries.
