SimCheck is a Canvas integrated tool that allows student papers to be submitted and checked for plagiarism. The system compares student papers with sources available on the Internet, select commercial article databases, and papers submitted at Ball State University.
Wednesday, February 24, 2-3:00 p.m., Danielle D’Andrea, Solutions Consultant with Turnitin, will host a Zoom session to review the features of SimCheck in Canvas. The session will include an overview of how to turn on SimCheck in Canvas, interpret and customize the SimCheck results, and demonstrate how students can leverage feedback from SimCheck to improve their submissions. This session will be recorded and uploaded in our Continuity of Instruction Community.
