Sign-Up to Join the Counseling Center’s Self-Care Challenge!

Attention all Cardinals!! Are you feeling stressed, but aren’t quite sure what to do about it? Do you struggle with making your own self care a priority? Does it feel like there just isn’t enough time in the day to put yourself first? If you answered yes to any of these questions, the Self Care Challenge is for you! The Self Care Challenge is completely email based and open to all Ball State students. You don’t have to make any appointments or even be on campus to participate. Over the course of this 4-week challenge, you will be provided with over 35 different self-care strategies that only require 10-15 minutes of your time. These strategies are intended to assist you with developing more positive self-care, managing your daily stressors, and building healthy coping skills that you can use long after your 4-week challenge is over.
