Self-Care for your Mind - These Lunch and Learns will focus on different topics to help you take an active role in protecting your wellbeing. Self-care for your Mind series will be offered weekly.

  • March 16 at 11:00 a.m.- Depression: An Overview
  • March 18 at 2:00 p.m. - Studying and Working from Home
  • March 22 at 11:00 a.m.- Understanding Trauma
  • March 24 at 2:00 p.m. - Stress & Anxiety

Working Well is excited to bring this series to Ball State faculty and staff through a collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling.
