The Human Performance Laboratory at BSU is actively recruiting resistance trained men and women for a nationwide research study to investigate the health benefits of exercise.
We are looking for trained individuals who:
· Are 40 years and older
· Participate in resistance exercise several days per week
· Are free of diabetes or cardiovascular disease
Volunteers will be compensated for their time and effort.
