My name is Ana Julia, and I am a graduate student in the Department of Psychological Science at Ball State University. I am writing to let you know about an opportunity to participate in a study, Understanding Health Lifestyle.
We are investigating if PsyCap - a psychological resource composed of hope, optimism, resilience, and self-efficacy - is associated with maintaining a healthy lifestyle in college students, and you are invited to participate.
To be eligible, you must be between 18 and 25 years old and be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a university in the United States. The study can be completed online at Qualtrics, taking between 10-15 minutes to complete.
Don't worry, all of your data is anonymous! If you are a Ball State student enrolled in PSYS100, you will receive a .5 credit for your participation.
