REMOTE EMPLOYMENT: Graduate students only; open to masters or doctoral students., paying 11.00 per hour. Student-Athlete Support Services is looking for individuals who have an interest in higher education, sports administration, education, social work, and/or counseling psychology to assist with an objective and hourly based study table program.
Academic Mentors will be responsible for: working one on one (remotely) with student-athletes while they accomplish their academic commitments. Facilitate understanding and independence in time management, note-taking, and written oral communication skills. Complete weekly objective sheets, student-athlete meeting reports, and regular communication with coordinators. Training/Orientation at the beginning of term and regular training sessions throughout the term. Following all NCAA, MAC, and Ball State rules with the highest level of academic integrity.
