Information Technology will hold a retirement reception for Todd Phelps, Director of Enterprise Systems and Operations, September 11 from 2 to 4 p.m. in Bracken Library, Room 104. Phelps has served the Ball State community for 38 years, working his way up from third shift computer operator. He will be missed, and we hope you’ll join us in celebrating him on September 11.
