If you are interested in using personal AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot, please visit bsu.edu/ai for guidance on both paid and free versions of these tools. The site also provides setup guidance and training opportunities through the Digital Corps.
Interested in software we do not already have?
We know many new and exciting AI technologies are being actively promoted at conferences, trade shows, and by our existing vendors, frequently with compelling use cases. Please request these technologies through IT first to ensure they’re a good fit for the university. This ensures we do not risk accessibility concerns, integration and support challenges, sustainability, or unintended security and data risks.
