University Dining invites you to participate in our Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Your unique log-in code should have been received via email on Monday, Nov 14. At the survey site, you can rate as many or as few dining locations as you so choose.
- Your confidential survey responses will go directly to an independent third-party research firm.
- The unique log-in code is used only to let Dining know who has participated so that those people can be entered in the gift card drawing. Your identity will not be associated with your responses.
The survey is open through Wednesday, November 23.
