REMINDER: Current Argos System to be Retired on June 30, 2026

This is a reminder to all current Argos users that the current Argos system will be retired on June 30, 2026. If you haven’t already, current Argos users should transition to the new version, Argos X, as soon as possible. While report content will remain the same, Argos X features an updated web interface and navigation.

How do I access the new Argos X?

To access the new Argos X, current users must submit a new security request using the Argos X Access Request Form. Once approved, users can access and log in to Argos X through SSO in MyBallState.

Where can I get help with Argos X?

Technical articles and how-to guides are available through the Technology HelpDesk Knowledge Base. (Be sure to log in to the HelpDesk/ServiceNow to see Argos articles)

As we continue to optimize the most frequently used operational reports, some reports may not yet be available in Argos X. If a report you use is not available in Argos X, please contact the Technology Helpdesk.
