During her career in the Office of the Registrar, she managed a variety of institutional processes involving student records, registration, and other academic transactions. She has been a technical assistant, registration systems coordinator, assistant director of registration and academic progress, associate director of registration and academic progress, and most recently the registrar, the University’s chief student records officer.

She also served on many committees and held leadership roles such as chair of the Integrity: Ethical and Responsible Conduct Subcommittee for institutional accreditation and inaugural vice president of IACRAO (Indiana Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers).
