Recreation Services would like to welcome everyone back to campus with a free week of REC Fit classes! Come join our awesome instructors Reid and Ryan for Cardio Strength Intervals for a quick 30-minute class on your lunch break. Cardio Strength Intervals is a high intensity strength based class that focuses on long bouts of exercise with short breaks that will keep your heart rate high and the calories burning.
We are also proud to partner with the School of Kinesiology to offer a class that will be FREE all semester long taught by the students of the EXCS 303 class. This class will be a variety class with a different format every week that will help these students learn how to run a group exercise class with real patrons.
