Reading Lists for Instructors—Your Solution for Accessible Course Resources

April 30, 2026

Looking for a simple, accessible solution for sharing course resources with your students? Ball State University Libraries' Reading Lists application gives students easy access to course reserve materials—full-text articles, e-books, Open Educational Resources, streaming music and video, and more. The Reading Lists app connects directly with your Canvas course navigation menu.

The best part? Library staff work behind the scenes to review the resources you select, ensuring copyright and web-accessibility compliance before they are activated for students.

Join one of our upcoming online sessions for an overview of how Reading Lists can support and simplify your preparation for Summer and Fall classes. If you've used Reading Lists before or attended a previous workshop, you’re welcome to join again for a refresher!

  • After registering you will receive a confirmation email with a calendar file attachment to add the event to your Outlook, Google, Apple, or other online calendar. One hour before the event start time, you will also receive the information you need to join.
