Are you planning an activity or camp involving minors? If so, please review the Policy Regarding Unaccompanied Minors. This policy does now include online and virtual activities.
All qualifying activities and programs involving unaccompanied minors shall be submitted online in ServiceNow. The entire policy must be followed, but these are the first steps. The following three requirements for working with minors remain the same and are to be completed prior to the start of any activity:
1. Registration
2. Background Checks
3. Online training module
