People and Culture invites you to attend one of the upcoming open forums about the Classification Architecture and Compensation Project. Phase I of the project, the Current State Assessment, helped us better understand how roles, organizational structures, and compensation practices currently function across the University. The assessment included employee input, data analysis, policy review, and peer benchmarking.

These open forums will provide additional information and offer an opportunity to ask questions.
