Due to the use of a single evaluation structure in Workday and the variation among professional rating systems, Workday reflects the staff increase structure. Please note the following:
- Professional employees: Ratings and merit considerations are governed by their unit’s salary document.
- Staff employees: Ratings and merit considerations are governed by the Staff Nonexempt Salary Plan. * Staff employees must have a rating of 2.8 to receive the general increase and at least 3.5 to receive the merit portion of the increase.
