My name is Aihua(Ava) Li and I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Earth, Atmosphere, and Sustainability at Ball State University.
I am conducting a research study “Effects of AI on Modern Online Higher Education (IRB-FY2026-190 )” to examine how the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies is shaping modern online higher education and you are invited to participate in the study. This study will collect qualitative and quantitative from student surveys. Participation will be voluntary and anonymous. No data will be collected if the survey is not submitted. No sensitive personal information is collected. Your decision to participate or not participate will have no impact on your grades, academic progress, or relationship with the university.
The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and will not have compensation for completion
